What materials can be laser engraved or cut?
We work with a wide range of materials, including wood, acrylic, glass, metal, leather, and select plastics. Each material has its own capabilities and limitations depending on whether it’s being engraved, marked, or cut. If you have a specific material in mind, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to review it and recommend the best approach.
What is the maximum size you can engrave or cut?

For items that exceed these dimensions, our equipment features a
pass-through system, enabling us to process longer materials by feeding them through the machine. If you have a unique or oversized item, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to review and find the best solution for your project.
How long does a typical project take?
3–5 business days. Timing depends on factors such as design complexity, material availability, and confirmation of full payment. If you’re working with a deadline, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Do you offer color options for engraving?
