How much do laser services cost?

Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes, we offer discounted pricing for larger orders. High-volume projects are considered mass production. Contact us with your quantity and timeline and we will put together a quote. If each item requires individual customization—such as different names or designs—an additional per-unit fee may apply. What’s the difference between laser engraving, cutting, and marking?
What materials can be laser engraved or cut?
We work with a wide range of materials, including wood, acrylic, glass, metal, leather, and select plastics. Each material has its own capabilities and limitations depending on whether it’s being engraved, marked, or cut. If you have a specific material in mind, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to review it and recommend the best approach.
What is the maximum size you can engrave or cut?

For items that exceed these dimensions, our equipment features a
pass-through system, enabling us to process longer materials by feeding them through the machine. If you have a unique or oversized item, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to review and find the best solution for your project.
How long does a typical project take?
3–5 business days. Timing depends on factors such as design complexity, material availability, and confirmation of full payment. If you’re working with a deadline, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Yes! We can engrave on curved surfaces—such as tumblers and other cylindrical items—with excellent accuracy using a precision rotary attachment. Some limitations may apply based on the item’s size, shape, and material, so feel free to reach out and we’ll be happy to review your project.
Do you offer color options for engraving?
Can I provide my own material for engraving or cutting?
Absolutely! We’re happy to work with customer-supplied materials. Each item will need to be evaluated to ensure it’s safe and suitable for laser engraving or cutting. You’re welcome to ship your materials to us or arrange a local drop-off. Please contact us ahead of time so we can review the details and guide you through the process.
