What’s the difference between laser engraving, cutting, and marking?
Laser engraving removes material to create a recessed, textured design. Cutting goes all the way through the material to create separate pieces or shapes. Marking changes the surface—such as altering the color or finish—without removing material, resulting in a smooth, permanent mark.

We work with a wide range of materials, including wood, acrylic, glass, metal, leather, and select plastics. Each material has its own capabilities and limitations depending on whether it’s being engraved, marked, or cut. We accept AI, EPS, PDF, and SVG files for the most accurate and efficient engraving or cutting. Raster files such as PNG and JPG can also be used, but they may require additional design time and could result in lower-quality output depending on the image.
